Criminal History is examined thoroughly. Application fees ($40.00) are NON-REFUNDABLE, so please do not apply if these circumstances apply to you (or any other occupant). NOTE: Security deposit is subject to increase, depending on information on application. Everyone over the age of 18 must complete separate applications and pay the application fee. Requirements: 3 times income, no evictions, no credit defaults or open collections. There is a non-refundable $40.00 application fee per adult. APPLICATION AND LEASING NOTES: = Paid applications do not hold the property for you and are NON-REFUNDABLE $40 per adult 18+. To hold the property after all applications are submitted and approved, you must place a deposit binder with us in the form of a money order or cashier's check. Placing a security deposit will take the home off the market for a maximum of 15 days while we wait for your move-in date. If you fail to move in, for any reason of your own, your deposit will not be refunded. = MOVE IN AMOUNTS DUE ON OR BEFORE LEASE SIGNING: Paid applications $40 non-refundable per adult 18+, security deposit, and first months rent. = IF the unit allows pets, there are additional fees as well. Pet fees are per pet as follows: $20/$15 non-refundable pet application, $200 non-refundable pet fee, monthly pet rent of $25-$45 based upon animal's size and paid in full renters' insurance with pet liability for the full lease term. = If moving from out of state, please call about special requirements.
