Just bring your clothes, bathroom essentials and groceries, then relax and enjoy. Monthly Booking Fee Includes monthly rental rate, all utilities with a ($200 total cap on electric and water bill), yard care, internet wi-fi, trash pick-up and internet Roku TV. **YARD CARE/IMPORTANT** Yard care/gardening/etc. is done 1x a week by owner with at least 24-hour advance notice to tenant. Non-negotiable. PETS: **Dog(s) allowed per owners' approval with a non-refundable pet fee. Sorry no cats** Max occupancy 4. The Kitchen is fully equipped (plates/silverware/cups/glasses/cookware/coffee maker, it has it all!) and recently updated, beautiful tile floors and soapstone countertops. The Living room (with a queen sofa bed) leads out through French glass doors to front patio where you can enjoy the Lowcountry breezes while sipping your morning coffee overlooking the marsh view of the Port Royal Sound. The Master Bedroom has private access to hall bathroom that includes a double vanity and deep soaking tub. Each bedroom has queen size bed. (Towels/Bedding/Linens all provided) *Washer and Dryer in back of home storage room (not accessible from inside house). The fenced in backyard offers a patio (overhead patio strung lights), relaxing chairs with a small pellet firepit, a bar-b-que propane grill, an outdoor shower. Side carport entrance has fenced in area leading into backyard for small dog. Central heat and ac. ** THE STORAGE SHED not available for tenancy use, not included in booking. ** **REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT, DEPENDS ON LENGTH OF STAY. ** Bike .5 miles trip to the nearby Sands Beach, and Boardwalk for fishing, an observatory). There is a dry dock for boat storage just a few blocks away. This Coastal Cottage is in an excellent location as within walking distance or bike ride to the Local Shops and Restaurants, The Sands Beach, Port Royal Boat Landing, Boardwalk, Pier and Observatory. Golf cart friendly community! Port Royal is perfect for walking and biking and Sands beach, the boardwalk, the Cypress Wetland Trail, and fishing on the boardwalk near Sands Beach. Only 5 miles to downtown Beaufort, SC waterfront park, marina, historical homes, shops and restaurants. Also, nearby (20 miles) is Hunting Island State Park/Beach and hiking trails through the 5000 acres of parkland. Take a day trip, through moss draped country roads, to either Savannah, GA, Charleston, SC or Hilton Head Island, SC.
