810 Ninth has very nice amenities and apartments! The move in process was extremely smooth and the leasing / office team was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns that I had. Location is great with access to restaurants and grocery stores, but can be loud sometimes facing busy Ninth Street.

I've really enjoyed living (and working from home) at 810 Ninth! The facilities are orderly and cleanly, the leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and attentive, and issues get the appropriate amount of attention and are resolved in a timely manner. It's located in a very walkable part of Durham, and the pricing is relatively competitive with similar buildings around Durham.

810 Ninth is one of the best communities in Durham. I have never had any concerns regarding safety or comfort like friends in other apartment complexes sometimes do. The management and maintenance teams are always generous and easy to go talk to and I recommend everyone to consider living here, especially if they want to stay close to Duke.

810 is an awesome place to live in the 9th street area. It is close to everything yet still quiet enough during day and night that you can live in peace. The leasing staff is top notch and are always available for help. The amenities are in great shape as well. I love that the hallways are actually enclosed and not open air like the other 9th street apartments. It makes for a super comfortable living experience and I enjoy coming home everyday after school.

My husband and I love 810 NINTH because it is incredibly pet-friendly, complete with a dog park. We also enjoy all the amenities, especially the stand out gym with its TRX bands and punching bag.
I just moved into 810 Ninth Street 3 days ago so based on the leasing and move in process, and the overall experience, I am very satisfied! I am excited to live here and happy to call this home.
This is a great place to live if you are interested in living in an overpriced dorm. You'll be surrounded by college kids (or recent grads trying to continue living like college kids). You'll find trash in the halls, be kept up late at night by parties every weekend, and be let down by a complacent and unresponsive management team.
Moving in to 810 Ninth was easy and fast. I applied on Sunday and moved in on Monday. The staff has been very helpful.

I toured a lot when looking for a place to move to in Durham and Solis Ninth Street really stood out because of the level of customized customer service they provided. I toured with Rikkia (sp?) and she really took the time to listen to what I wanted as well as show me as many options that she thought would fit my needs. I didn't feel like a bother or like I was interrupting anyones day which is WAY MORE than I can say for some other apartments in the area. The apartments were also spacious with lots of light. There is more than enough parking (after the 5th floor) and the eighborhood is great. I'm so happy I chose Solis.
