The condo offers great amenities such as direct beachfront and boardwalk access, a washer and dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of beds. Enjoy the Smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation, with parking codes available. Guests have access to the entire apartment and all of the building amenities. The condo is pet-friendly with a maximum of two dogs allowed, weighing a combined 40 lbs, with no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs, offering great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars available at all hours. The condo is a smoke-free environment, with smoking prohibited within or outside the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and no outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay and a valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. A laptop computer is not included.
