This studio unit condo is suitable for three leisure or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 600 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are: direct beachfront and boardwalk access, we own 1 parking spot that we provide guests for free! Extra parking is $20/car per day; includes "come & go" privileges, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer dryer on each floor. You can pay by app at $2/load, fully equipped kitchen, smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee. Drip coffee machine for our real enthusiasts, fitness center access, and 1 complimentary parking per reservation. Wheelchair accessibility: some units are accessible so please ask us in advance to ensure you have an accessible 1st floor unit! We own 1 parking spot that we provide guests for free and extra parking is $20/car per day including "come and go" privileges. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Washer dryer on each floor is available at $2/load. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) Dogs only. Additional pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are: Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID required to complete the booking. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Smart-TV with streaming apps installed.
