About This Property
*This property is only available to lease between the months of December- August!* 811 Rose is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home within walking distance of both the Big House and a park right across the street. The property has great character, featuring a spacious kitchen with updated appliances, central AC, a great fenced-in backyard, and back patio. The house is also fully furnished (without linens) and has a large driveway for parking. All utilities are responsibility of the tenant, as is snow removal. Lawn care included with rent. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). No application fee. Non-refundable $95 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants).
