Tenants pay for their own trash services. The Townhomes are completely smoke-free units. Absolutely NO smoking is permitted inside the unit, on the patio, or within 25 ft. of the property. This policy is strictly enforced. This townhome can accommodate 2 small dogs, up to 25 pounds full-grown, with an approved pet policy form. To have a pet policy form approved, dogs will need to be spayed/neutered, licensed with the city and up to date on all vaccinations. We require that tenants with pets carry renter’s insurance. The Pet fee is $50 per month.
