Our spacious and modernized apartment offers three cozy bedrooms, four comfortable beds, and 1.5 updated bathrooms. The full kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, and the living room features a plush sofa and a large smart TV for your entertainment. Enjoy the fenced-in backyard with outdoor seating and one free off-street parking spot, with additional nearby free street parking available. The Owner's Suite offers a queen bed, a smart TV, a dresser, and a closet for all your storage needs. The Guest Bedroom also boasts a queen bed and a closet, while the third bedroom provides two full-sized beds and a desk, ideal for extra guests or remote work. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign a Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old, and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home. Pet fees are required, with a one-time fee based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked. This property is in a stunning location directly across the street from Goodale Park in the Victorian Village, a historic and beautiful part of downtown. Conveniently located near many attractions and top-rated Columbus restaurants, the Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. Nearby attractions include the Short North Art District, German Village, Easton, Scioto Mile, and Ohio State University Campus. Enjoy cultural sites like the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, Wexner Center of Arts, COSI, Columbus Museum of Art, and the Greater Columbus Convention Center. A Lucky's Market grocery store is opening soon just a block away. Guests will have full exclusive access to the condo on the main level of the home. All exterior spaces are shared with other neighbors in the building. The hosting team is a full-time crew of professionals that work together to provide an excellent experience for guests. They are available to assist and ensure a special trip. A laptop computer is not included.
