About 818 S Euclid Ave St. Louis, MO 63110
I'm subletting a brand NEW studio apartment (opened August 2018) at the WashU medical campus at a REDUCED RENT, as I'm moving out of the country on Jan 6, 2019. My lease ends on April 20, 2019 so this sublease is until that date. The studio apartment is clean and fully furbished and includes a kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave), Bosch washing machine and dryer, cable TV, desk, chair, shower and bathroom. Most of the other residents are WashU students. All utilities are included in the rent. There is also a gym (no additional charges) and great shared living spaces in the building open to all residents. If necessary, I can help arrange for parking at the apartment parking lot, but parking may carry additional costs. The property is managed by Clayton Euclid MT, LLC. https://www.facebook.com/thecoreapartments/ It is located in Central West End, a 5-minute walk from the medical campus/metrolink station, a 15-minute walk from Whole Foods, and many restaurants and businesses all within walking distance. The bustling surroundings really make it a great place to live and study!

Central West End’s European vibe is on display everywhere you look, from the classic architecture and layout to the charming parks and gardens to the open-air cafes and bistros that line the streets. The most dominant landmark is the sprawling Forest Park with its trails, sports facilities, lush greenery, and famous zoo – it’s a perfect community backyard for the families and urban professionals who call CWE home. The neighborhood’s elaborate Halloween celebrations and Labor Day Greek Festival are immensely popular, drawing people from all over the city. Art galleries and performance venues are popular draws as well, and the neighborhood enjoys a healthy yet subdued nightlife scene.
While located at the heart of one of the region’s biggest cities, Central West End is mostly residential, with most of the landscape filled with single-family homes. Apartments tend to be very affordable, and rental houses tend to be quite reasonable as well.
