You pay for what you get. Likes: - pool area - community: Nice people and management - apartment events - The maintenance team is very helpful/efficient - Great area/location tucked back behind the strip - Walking distance restaurants Dislikes: - Trash Valet services: they are inconsistent in picking up the trash and often miss days. This is a third-party company where 82 Flats management does not assist in communication. - Trash compactor is often broken - The gym is very small and the air conditioning doesn't really work - thin walls and floors - No smoking / Drug policies are enforced (hallways smell like smoke etc.) - limited parking - car break-ins - quiet hours are not enforced

I’ve been living here for over a year and never encountered major issues with maintenance or leasing office. Great place to live if you live by yourself. Any questions or concerns I have get answered immediately

Area is great, safe, some minor issues with needing stairways cleaned but nothing major. Way better then other apartments I have seen in the area.

I have lived here with my son for about 5 months now and we both love it here! The staff is amazing! They are very friendly and accommodating. No matter what the issue, they address it immediately. The property at 82 flats is very well taken care of and beautiful. My favorite feature is the pool for the summer. The property also has a gym, coffee bar, conference room, and much more. There are a lot of extras and little touches in the apartments like the crown molding, granite counter tops and wine fridge that make the apartment feel like home. The community at 82 flats was something I didnt expect. The residents are all so great and welcoming as well. I never imagined you could have such a close community in an apartment . I had lived in a house for 15 years and was really worried about going back to apartment living but if I have to be in an apartment this is definitely a gret choice.

The surrounding area of 82 Flats is what (in my opinion) makes 82 Flats. You do not have to travel far for anything. Restaurants, shopping malls, groceries, movies. Everything is right there on that main strip & some can be even in walking distance if it became one of your favorite spots. 82 Flats is a beautiful community of people that live there & the office staff are some of the best 3 people to know. I love the shebang about it & the newly wife & i are enjoying it. Great place to live!

82 Flats is one of the best apartment complexes in Indy. . The apartments are very nice and up-to-date and they have very nice amenities. The maintenance and office staff are super professional and very responsive, and I've had no problems since moving 2 years ago. I gave them 4 stars because the rent prices are pretty high, but all-in-all I have no other complaints. I'd recommend 82 flats to anyone looking for an apartment in Indy.
Kit Stroke My boyfriend and I have lived here since the end of September. It honestly has not been a bad experience so far. All the staff is REALLY nice and any issues we have had gets fixed fairly quickly. Our hot water went out and was fixed within 24 hours! We have an elevator in our building and that has been wonderful to have with being on the 4th floor. I do wish that parking was a little bit better, but truly that is my only complaint.
Pros: Parking - two parking lots are tow free zones, literally right next to the complex (only grass divides the two lots). We have had friends over multiple times with no issues. Staff - Office staff are attentive and answer your questions. Also the maintenance team is quick and professional. Fast repairs - AC had some issues the first week we moved in. Within 1 hour it was fixed. Amenities - Pool and gym are clean, well kept. A carwash and dry cleaning are also available onsite. Cons: This was understood and not as issue for my wife and I but: some buildings don't have elevators. Caleb
I have lived in a few apartments in the Indy and I am impressed with 82 flats. Have been a resident for a few months and love my place/floorplan (1 bedroom) and the staff/amenities are exactly what I'm looking for. Very nice, very clean, great location, love it all! (Joe Roncelli)
Decently priced for a luxury community and the staff is so welcoming and friendly! I had a slight issue with my carpet upon moving in, and not only did they replace it all, but they also helped to move all of my furniture in and out of my unity to accommodate me for the mistake. Quiet and friendly neighborhood as well!
Great place great community amazing staff great location
We have lived here nearly a year in a 2 bedroom with a garage. We love it. We were late with our rent one month. We paid a lot for it but that kind of thing keeps the riff raff residents away. Expensive but worth it. Facilities are top notch, management is wonderful, and when the AC wasn't working it was fixed within hours.

I just moved from here June 2020, would’ve stayed longer if it’s wasn’t so pricey for such a small sized apartment. Great area, maintenance responded to service request within 1-3 days which was also great. Walls are very thin I could always hear my neighbors in the room, or in the hallways.
I have lived here now for 2 years and the staff and the apartment community is fantastic. Great place to live!!

The company and staff are very inflexible. They will charge you for everything and miss a payment by one day and you can expect $25 per day in additional fees for each day until it is paid. Their invoices add to the confusion and late fees. It's expensive!

These are brand new, incredibly safe and secure apartments (each building requires a fob for entry). You can walk to over 10 restaurants and the fitness center is always kept clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful and maintenance requests are handled quickly! The salt water pool is a wonderful place to relax after work and I personally enjoy the resident events that are held monthly! It is a respectful community of young professionals and I feel very at home here!

Paper thin walls - not worth the apartment price in my opinion. Optional detached garages are nice as well as the pool and fitness center amenities. Great location in Indy walking distance from plenty of shopping, dining and even groceries!
