The rent includes Water, Trash and Monthly Pest Control. These apartments are centrally located in the peaceful and historic part Normaltown area of Athens. Living here, you are only 2 to 10 minutes away from any part of town because the loop 10 is at the end of the street! The payment for the application fee must be a Money Order made out to FHP or by Credit Card with an extra 3% fee which equals to .75 cents per application, NO CASH. To start and complete the application process, we will need a copy of your ID, proof of income (require you bring home 3 times the amount of rent), Rental Reference Verification information (can NOT be a family member or a friend), We check Criminal History and Eviction History. Once the application is approved we use this as our waiting list, once you have been contacted and have viewed the apartment then we take a "Holding Fee" and this will become your "Security Deposit" once you move into the unit.
