The main dining room features two bench seats with room for additional seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare a full meal, with additional eating areas in the bay-window nook and off the bar-height counter. The living room, accessible from the foyer or kitchen, offers two cozy couches, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large Smart TV loaded with apps. Upstairs, the first bedroom is perfect for kids and groups, featuring one twin bed and three bunk beds. The second bedroom has a queen bed and desk, the third bedroom also has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom includes two full beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Access the patio and backyard through double doors off the living room, where you'll find a patio table with chairs and a large, fenced-in backyard. The laundry room is located on the right side of the kitchen. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee is required for all pets. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Our home is located on the east side of Memphis. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for convenience.
