The Livingroom, is comfortable with hardwood floors throughou, a sitting chair, a rug and coffee table and a beautiful 3 seater white leather modern sofa, that folds down nicely for a guest bed if needed for short stays. The unit is fully furnished, with all the bedding, linens and towels-changed yearly, it has a well stocked kitchen with all the pots and pans, cutlery dishes, fry pans, cups and glasses, etc., you name it. ?In suite laundry ?1 secure parking underground ?Den/Office or in suite storage-by entry ?Gym and open outdoor patio on 4th fl ?Covered corner W. facing balcony. The East facing covered outdoor balcony now has a nice green carpet to over the concrete, 2 sitting chairs and a coffee table to enjoy the outside air and space..can't find the new pic for the balcony, but when I do, will post it asap and the den This Central Downtown location has great walkability and is 1 block to IGA-grocery shop, the Famous market is downstairs, Pacific Ctr Mall-Shopping Complex is just 3 blocks away and many more stores and delicious foods on Robson. Canada Skytrain line is at Georgia and Granville to the airport in 22 mins and 2 blocks to Millennium Skytrain station to go East or west to Canada Place, is also close by. Pets are ok here with owners approval and a pet deposit-send us a pic. Price includes utilities, cable tv, wifi and parking Available Dec. 14th with a minimum 6 month stay.
