Custom decor touches like built-in shelves, bay windows and custom doors. The common area has a custom arbor bench with red trumpet vines growing overhead and mature trees and a one-car private parking garage is included. Walking distance to all that Santa Monica has to offer. The quaint, yet sophisticated, tree lined Montana Avenue with its variety of restaurants and boutique shopping. Only 6 blocks to Palisades Park for a lovely walk and views of what the locals call the Queen's necklace view, Santa Monica Bay to Malibu. 3rd Street Promenade is close by with its great shopping and weekly farmer's market, Santa Monica Place and the world famous Pier. REVIEW My family and I stayed at this lovely property for a month. It was a great space! We enjoyed making meals at home in the upgraded kitchen…wow! We were able to walk to Montana Avenue, only steps away from our front door, and, enjoy the many restaurants and boutique shops. I highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.
