Residents at Cary Greens at Preston Luxury Apartments enjoy spacious, light-filled apartments with great features. The Apartments provide resort-style amenities including a business center, spectacular leisure and lap pool, opulent cabana with a TV center and fireplace, popular dog park, and fitness center featuring cardio, free weights and strength training equipment. This particular apartment was newly furnished when we moved in June 2016. It has attached Washer & Dryer, Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher. The place is clean and has been smoke-free since we moved in. The patio is spacious and is netted with a transparent screen. This is a quiet and safe community, and located at a prime location - a mile away from Park West Village (Morrisville), and 2 miles away from Davis Drive. It is located in Preston Area, which is a high-end luxury township with golf courses and the famous Bond Park. The house is 12 mins from Airport and 20 mins from Raleigh Downtown. My husband and I had a great time in this house since we moved in June 2016, but we need to sublease it from Jan 1st 2018 as we're moving to our own new house.
