The private, fenced courtyard outside is complete with a BBQ grill, perfect for gatherings or meals al fresco. The community offers incredible amenities to enhance your stay, including a heated pool with scenic river views, tennis courts, fishing from the community pier, and water access for paddle boarding and kayaking (an easy paddle to the Jupiter sandbar!) Our Homeowners Association requires an application and lease in order to confirm the reservation. Guests will not be permitted to stay without all fields of application and lease filled/signed.
