The city does inspections and will enforce this code and so we cannot let more than 3 unrelated people move into a place with zoning that doesn't allow that. -No AirBnB or renting out rooms or other similar subletting- Tenants are not allowed to use the property as an AirBnB and cannot sub-rent out rooms or some or all of the space in any way. -Number of Pets Allowed by Landlord- Our pet policy for most properties is that 1 pet is possible if the tenant has a credit score of 700 or more.
