About This Property
This convenient, ground-floor apartment home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The front door is just off the sidewalk in a quiet neighborhood on 12th St. We installed all the same appliances, cabinets, and beautiful finishes that we use in our larger luxury houses. You'll have a washer/dryer in your apartment, full-size stainless kitchen appliances, and even an included 55" TV. There's a large, locking storage closet next to the patio. You'll even have a secure package delivery box, so your online orders will always be safe from porch pirates. We didn't get photos after construction was complete, so the photos are of a similar house we recently built in Corvallis. The floor plans shown are the actual floor plans. This home is PET-FRIENDLY! For each pet, there is a $20 monthly fee and a one-time $225 refundable deposit. We are a small company, and we work hard to give personalized service! Sarah will be taking care of all your needs from your first showing through your final move-out. Call or text us now to schedule your live or virtual showing!

Historic architecture, bicyclists, and towering trees come together to make Corvallis, Oregon a fascinating and exciting city. Dating back to 1845, the city is best known as the home of Oregon State University, but Corvallis is much more than a college town. With nearly 50 parks, Corvallis is a Tree City USA, and the League of American Bicyclists rate Corvallis as gold -- 12 percent of residents ride a bicycle to school or work every day.
Oregon State University is a major draw to the city. This highly-respected university is a land-, sea-, space-, and sun-grant institution and is one of just 73 land-grant universities in the country. OSU was established in 1868, and residents of Corvallis can cheer on the OSU Beavers at Reser Stadium (football), Goss Stadium (basketball), and Gill Stadium (baseball).
