The Building i am in is good and convenient.
over 40 years living in this building i had two beautiful apartments, win my mother passed away i took over her apt,with help i know i can make this apt just the same,its been over ten years trying to get it together, (Help)

Pre-War Studio @Yankee Stadium
This large studio apartment is in the Bronx one block away from major public transportation, and two blocks away from amazing Yankee Stadium. It is a safe area that has nearby shopping, beautiful parks and track to workout/play sports. The studio is in an elevated, clean, and friendly building. It has a cozy feel with iron railings surrounding a sunken room; separate kitchen and bathroom, plus a small dinning area. Great moldings and lots of windows. There is also a laundry room in the basement.
