About This Property
Originally built as a tiny house on wheels, The Lucky Penny is now an official ADU (accessory dwelling unit), nestled between apricot and cherry trees. The kitchen has a hammered copper sink, an induction cooktop, a toaster oven, and a microwave. A perched window seat converts to a queen size bed, overlooking a creek through an arched window. The bathroom, with a dual-flush toilet and shower/tub, has a floor tiled with actual pennies! There's a remarkable amount of storage for such a wee space! The Lucky Penny is a tiny backyard cottage tucked behind a 2-bedroom home. You will have access to the backyard. The house has access to the front and side yards. The yard it fully fenced and there is a creek that runs behind it, which you can see from the tiny house. Please note that there is no laundry in the tiny house. Please note that the water heater is only 4 gallons, so even with a low-flow shower head and a pause button, the max shower length is only about 4 minutes. It's enough for a quick soap up and rinse off, but if your hair washing routine requires a few rounds of rinse and repeat, you're probably best off doing your hair care elsewhere.
833 Valencia St is a house located in Walla Walla County and the 99362 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Walla Walla Public Schools attendance zone.

Welcome to the Lucky Penny! The doorbell to the left is made from a copper bike bell.
