One of the most convenient apartments residential in Tysons Corner, everything that you need is next to you within the walking distance, Best location by all means.
Lived here for over a year a have been impressed with my stay. Wish the water got hotter during peak hours but other than that, it's great place to live in Tysons.
Great overall team work keeps the residents happy at 8421 Broad!
I have been living this apartment for one and half year. During my residence the property owner changed and well managed. The location, neighbor and community are so good to live. I recommend for the single or small family to live.

Beautiful complex with awesome leasing staff!
Gill doesn’t work, fire pit doesn’t work, the bicycle at the gym doesn’t work and now they are asking for a pool pass that you need to request in advance when the leasing office is open. Any guest needs to pay a fee to use the pool. There is no guest parking spaces available so any visitors need to pay to park.
The Staff is very professional and always responds appropriately.
It feels like home.

They gave me wrong unit and now I pay more and almost every appliance was broken. Had mechanic come in and I have things missing and when reported-no response. Neighbors are very loud and cant reach front desk. So far… this isn’t good.
I am a resident here and i wish i had not picked this building. Front desk is Rude and they almost always give you attitude. they keep changing and they are unprofessional.

Very comfortable- Never have to worry about the elevators, cleanliness of the hallways, service request not getting attended to or the security of the apartment. Feel safe and happy that we chose this place to live.
Maintenance at the Ascent is an unseen gem. The maintenance team is devoted to the care and upkeep of the building and has responded to requests faster than in any other place I've ever lived. Other buildings may be newer, but this one is best maintained.

I lived here for over a year, the building itself is nice, but management is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. For the 16 or so months I was there, they switched management and fired/changed employees every 2 months. Management does not care at all about any of your complaints and does nothing to correct the situation. Save your money and go somewhere else

The staff was proactive and highly cooperative with my move-in and settlement of my new apartment. They coordinated with me even after business hours concluded to make sure my needs were met. Neat and nicely maintain community, close to shops, metro, restaurants. Provides excellent service.
We've been at the Ascent for a year now and leave here reluctantly. The staff has been amazing and the location is perfectly close to shopping, food and the metro. The rooftop deck is amazing and the penthouse Gym offers great sunrise views in the mornings. For the most part we never hear our neighbors. It's clean and quiet.
Great proximity to excellent restaurants and shopping!

Terrific management/staff across the board. I've never interacted with anyone here who wasn't great to work with. Location is great, and the building is beautiful. Electric chargers in the parking garage are a real win for those of us who need them. So is the ability to rent the clubhouse for private parties.
Worse place I have ever lived. They refuse to install a light fixture in my apartment, even tho when they were showing me the apartment, they said they were going to put it in. Now I have to risk installing this electrical work myself. I will no recommend this place to live. As a matter of fact, I have negatively reviewed this apartment building in several review sites. I will continue to negatively review this place as long as they keep refusing to install the light fixture.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They seem to try and make your needs and concerns there priority!
The Ascent is a great community to live in. The staff is courteous and friendly, the facilities are kept clean, and the amenities and environment around the building are great.

Great place to live! Management is responsive to issues, Facilities are clean and accessible when needed. Maintenance is top notch and responsive.
The apartments are rather well made and nice, the amenities are also excellent (though the gym is lacking in serious weightlifting equipment like barbells and squat racks etc.). However management leaves much to be desired in customer service and attention to detail.
I have lived there 16 months and for some unknown reason my lease ended on the first week of the month. Why not, I moved in the first week of the month so it made sense. Well as it turns out, I was charged until May 6. I was charged a late fee, parking fee, in addition to the prorated rent. How does this happen? Signer beware. Seriously.

We have been living in the ascent for 3 years now.great location,beautiful apartment and amenities.Very friendly maintenance crew and staffs. The front desk staffs Sharon and Sophia are prompt with the packages and answering calls.Thanks to Carolyn and Mohammed for being excellent. They have resolved all of the issues I've had, the same day.
I love living at The Ascent! The concierge and maintenance staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The location is great, it feels like I am at the center of everything.
Lovely community with modern amenities and in a great location. 1 block from the metro and tons of food options ranging from fast food to fine dining, all within 5-7 minutes. The apartments are nicely designed and spacious. The building is very secure with attached garage. Staff is friendly and welcoming!
This is a place with some green space and family life of all kinds; children and pets! The residents are friendly so you can know your neighbors if you want to, and the location is excellent.
The staff are very good and helpful and I am glad to have Stephanie as the agent and to approach her at anytime.
To keep it short and simple; I really love living at the Ascent!!
