The home's sleeping arrangements are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 4: Queen Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 5: 2 Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Beds (1st Floor). Bathrooms include a full bathroom in the primary bedroom, another full bathroom on the 2nd floor, and a half bathroom on the 1st floor. All linens and towels are provided, except pool towels. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. The pool is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool is not heated. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 fine if violated. For security, there are two cameras installed: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house to respect your privacy. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest. The home features a garden area, and although pest control services are conducted monthly, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly.
