Upset
My lease is up in a few months and I can’t wait to move out. I lived here for 6 years and loved it until this past year. I’m so upset with the management, to the point that I feel uncomfortable and unwelcome when I see Scott (manager). Ive had reasonable issues with a number of problems and all he does is dismiss you and make you seem like an annoyance. He’s not friendly at all and I know many residents feel this way. The rest of the staff is nice and caring but I’m at the point where I don’t even want to speak with the office because I know it gets back to Scott. I pay a lot to live somewhere that doesn’t even feel like home anymore. It will be sad to say goodbye, but I know it’s best for me...

This a beautiful vintage building that is maintained very well. The apartments have high end finishes. Its not cookie cutter style building. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and always make you feel welcome when you come and go.

Given that BOzzuto is opening the building up to the universe by using Air BnB, and given the unhappiness of the tenants about it, and given the recent rental increases, and given the recent move-outs by tenants, I would not give the building a great buildup to new potential tenants.

We love living at 850. The staff is fantastic....from the front desk to maintenance. Everyone is helpful and any minor issue is promptly addressed. Our guests always remark on how well kept the premises is and the quality of everything, from the physical space to the furnishings to the ever changing flower displays in the lobby.
