Each room is thoughtfully designed for rest and privacy, making it an ideal retreat for your vacation. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, this home has everything you need for a perfect stay. This community does have a $20 fee to access the community center and parking pass. Additional services include a mid-stay clean for $350 plus tax, BBQ grill rental for $75 per week plus tax, and pool heat for $35 per night plus tax with a minimum of 4 nights. Pool heating is unavailable from June to August. This resort perfectly combines tranquility with convenience, making it an ideal base for a memorable vacation. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and the person making the reservation must stay for the duration. A valid driver's license is required at check-in. Failure to meet the age requirement will result in eviction without refund. Party and event are not permitted. Violation of this policy may result in cancellation without eligibility for a refund. No cryptocurrency mining or electric vehicle charging is allowed on the property. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am with 24-hour check-in and contactless check-in and departure. Late check-outs are not allowed as door codes deactivate at 10am. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250. This property does not allow pets. If an unauthorized pet is discovered in the home, immediate removal will be requested and a non-refundable fee of $500 will be levied. Pool heating is not included in daily rates and can be turned on for an additional weekly cost. The heaters are programmed to maintain a temperature of 86°F for proper chemical balance, which typically takes 24-48 hours to achieve. Once the pool reaches the desired temperature, the heater will cycle on and off to maintain it. However, if the outdoor temperature drops below 52°F, the heater will automatically shut off until conditions improve. We cannot be held responsible for any disruptions in pool heating caused by equipment issues or weather conditions. We encourage guests to review the weather forecast prior to their stay. If cooler temperatures are expected, you may wish to reconsider or cancel the pool heat option accordingly. Pool safety reminders include supervising kids and inexperienced swimmers, ensuring swim ability, using flotation devices for non-swimmers, no diving, checking water level before going in, no running around the pool area, and avoiding risky objects like glass or sticks that may pose a danger in the water. A car is the most flexible way to explore the area.
