Best location in Traverse City. Island View Cottages on West Grand Traverse Bay next to downtown. The Beach House features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house sits on our private 140 foot sandy beach. Walking distance to downtown. House comes fully furnished. Utilities included , internet included, cable TV included, trash and snow removal. This unit is available from october 8th through April 25th. We are looking from someone to commit to rent until April 25th but this is not a formal lease. You cannot stay any later that April 25th because we have nightly guests booked for the spring. Contact us to arrange for a viewing and to submit an application To reserve we need a security deposit of one months rent plus $150 (non-refundable) cleaning fee. On November 1st move in date first months rent would be due.
