Amenities included: central air, central heat, deck, dishwasher, hardwood floors, wood burning stove, stainless steel oven, updated bathrooms, storage, washer dryer, several sky lights and yard (with riding mower). Plowing is already arranged and paid for for the winter season. We will ask any tenants staying during the Spring-Fall months to maintain the outdoor space by weeding flower beds and keeping the lawn around the house mowed. There is a detached one car garage and ample space for additional parking. Utilities included: electricity, heat, gas, high-speed internet, air conditioning and water. Is pet friendly. Date Available: Jan 13th 2024 but we can be flexible if the space is needed prior to that date. We will accept terms between 3-12 months. $2,500/month rent. $2,500 security deposit required.
