Property Ratings at 8610 Park St
Used to live in this apartment, the windows are very thin doesn’t block from cold temperatures. There is one A/C unit in apartment. Doesn’t reach the full length of your apartment. Apartment grounds are dirty and not well manicured. Some tenants have very loud parties at all hours of the day. Living here wasn’t easy, the street always has loud music playing and people racing up and down the street. It isn’t safe for a family of any size. Ultimately move in at your own risk.
It's sad when you live in an apartment and you have to deal with bad management. We have a big bug problem in and out of the apartment. Management makes excuses to maintain some of the basic needs of the tenants. Everyday we deal with the same thing over and over and management turns their nose to it. We have a chronic electrical and plumbing issues in all apartments. Many apartment have had leaks and there is water damage in apartment they haven't taken care of. The plants are poorly kept up and brings bugs all year long. Our security gate and intercom is poorly out of date and often broken due to poor maintenance from tenants and landlord. The area is very scary most times. Are windows are cheap and thin. It's a small building but there are very loud parties that happen often and management does nothing to stop it. If they cared it would be ok to live here, but they dont. If this apartment ever comes available....RUN! This place is truly the worst apartment on the block!
We used to live here and thank god we moved. The apartment is always very loud. The area has people racing up and down the street at all hours. Your windows and walls are paper-thin. There is a big bug problem in and out of the apartment. Management doesn't update the apartment. There is one AC unit in the apartment, it doesn't reach the full apartment. Summer is the worse. There is one heating unit and its old and WAYYYYYYYYYYY out of date. The kitchen or bedrooms has no update. People there fear asking for updates for fear of rent going up. The place is very old and very out of date. Don't move here if you like peace and quiet. This place was the worse place I ever lived.
Don’t ever love here! Mice! Roaches! Poor management! Loud surroundings! Even louder tenants and homeless everywhere
