Nice and clean apartment complex with great location just off the rock road. There is off street parking and a nice seating areas outside. The complex is very quiet with great neighbors, many of who have stayed a long time. I take pride in timely responses and take good care of the property. The units are spacious and are true two bedrooms with nice sized closets and good size rooms with great layouts. Many amenities included. The unit is pet friendly; a pet deposit of $250 will be taken at time of leasing and a $20 a month pet fee will be added. There is no smoking allowed inside the unit. Qualifications: -Income should be 3x the monthly rent and will be verified. Should have been at current employment for at least 3-6 months -Criminal background check will be ran -Credit score will be ran and is a factor -Eviction and rental history will also be checked thoroughly
