I just moved in, but so far it’s been pretty chill and everyone seems nice. Also I like how everything was in order when I got here and how I can go grocery shopping nearby :)
It’s a great place that’s always kept clean and they do fun things for residents and the amenities are awesome staff is so cool and they fix things on time and correctly and the community is so friendly and helpful they gave me support when I was moving in.
They were so good and helpful with move in! They made it easy and efficient! Super quick at responding and getting me and my roommate the help we needed!
great staff! loved the amenities of 865 east, including the yoga studio, the gym and the rooftop lounge. I really also like that they have a trash shoot.
the maintenance is pretty quick and the parking is easy to deal with. bedrooms and living rooms are really nice. wish there was more kitchen space and maybe a pantry
Very responsive, well maintained, and plenty of parking. They have lots of variety of apartment layouts, including 1 bed 1 bath and 4 bed 4 bath.
great team that does the leasing, made my experience so easy attaining an apartment with them! communication is amazing with the team and the community itself
Gym and other amenities could be improved. However, the management is really nice, relatively easy to communicate with, and the apartments are mostly issue-free.
Love living at 865 East! Great views, rooftop lounge, game room, secure access, plus included internet and utilities (except electric). Highly recommend!
