Over time, the entire estate has been transformed into individually owned homes, each one unique, but all displaying the same bright white Moorish-style architecture rising from the pristine blue ocean background. Though having once been one estate the homes no longer share any common interior walls. At Sand Point Villa, expansive tile floors the color of sea glass are set against bright white walls, creating a cool and light-filled feeling throughout the home. The well-equipped Kitchen with breakfast bar is tucked in a perfect corner setting with large windows offering a clear visual path to the coastal landscape just outside. Working professionals can stay connected to important business in the Office, while still feeling a part of the ocean side paradise through south facing windows. Stay focused, as it will be tempting to let one's mind wander with this scenic backdrop! Nearby, the downstairs Guest Bedroom features a queen-size bed and en suite Bathroom.
