About me: -25 years old -Work in biotech industry, do modeling/acting as a side gig -Love basketball (playing and watching), working out, fashion, thriller shows/movies, memes, cats -Very clean, organized, neat (borderline OCD) - and will ask that you are too :) About you: -Around 20 to 30 years old (not a dealbreaker) -Any ethnicity/sexuality/gender/religion -Also a very clean, organized, neat, and considerate roommate -Financially responsible (either working full time or receiving parental support to make monthly rent payments), no debt, and no history of late payments -Bonus: can provide reference(s) from previous roommates and/or landlords -My biggest priority in my search for a roommate/tenant is finding someone who is clean, considerate, reasonably quiet, non-disturbing/non-intrusive. We don’t have to be best friends or have the same interests/hobbies - BUT we do have to get along, have a healthy roommate relationship, and foster an environment that both people can enjoy living in. I’m moving into the unit on July 9th, so you can schedule an in-person viewing of the unit on any day after that. Until then, we can schedule a video call if you’d like to view the unit.
