I've lived in the building for 7 years, we have the best Super & Landlord, maintain great common area, its a 27 unit apt. building in house laundry room & 24/hour security. It's a 40 minute ride to the city, best MTA lines J, Z & A trains with many bus services. Shops & banks within walking distance. Let's not forget its a "RENT SUBSIDIZE BUILDING" us New Yorkers need this! Annette, Richmond Hill, Queens
