It comes complete with a fenced backyard, a 2-car garage, and a deck off the living room. This home has a large living area and lots of storage! This is a sublease until 07/31/2025, if you choose to renew the lease, the rent will increase in price. We are pet-friendly however, we cannot take aggressive breeds or dogs under 1 year of age. Our list of aggressive breeds is available on the first page of our online application. We charge a refundable one-time pet deposit of $500. Please contact us if you have more than 1 pet before applying. The application process consists of reviewing your income source and calculating your debt-to-income ratio (Rent plus monthly payments per your credit report divided by your income). We will also contact your previous rental reference, screen your credit, and review criminal and eviction records. For those renting from a private landlord, a copy of your lease will be required.
