Brand new luxury apartment, the facilities are very nice. Some amenities are not yet open but hopefully soon. The staff and concierge are fantastic. Close to downtown SIlver Spring and the Mon’s opened right downstairs. Love living here!

It has been an okay experience. Not much to say for now. I enjoy the proximity to DC, the gym is beautiful, and the location is great because how close it is to various restaurants

So far so good. The staffs are very supportive and humble. We loved all the amenities and the community here. We recommend to all who are looking for new luxury apartments, Atwell is the right place.
The amenities are amazing, staff are super friendly and the location is convenient. Really my only comment is that the proximity to the road (and having a place right on the road) makes it a bit loud at times, especially as there is a fire station nearby. Obviously not a fault of the residency though
From my first encounter with Keshia to my application process with Mercedes to my tour with Keilante it all been a wonderful experience,then I met Jhensy with such warmth every evening and in the morning as I leave for work Shanika is always there with a good morning cannot forget Stephanie,so far I am enjoying my new home at Atwell on Spring. I'm getting tired of every building being called "luxury" because it has a swimming pool and clubroom. You can definently tell that these buildings were thrown up as fast as possible. Like the other reviewer stated, the floors are uneven. I can feel a dip in my floors as I walk across them. The appliances are pretty basic (why no smart thermostat? or keyless entry?) I think if you get a good deal on this place, you should move in, but I don't believe this place should be considered luxury. We also haven't had access to the pool / "active clubroom" and not sure when those will be available. I would also suggest getting a unit facing spring street. Other than that, I feel relatively safe in the area and the neighbors seem friendly so far.

I just moved in today and everything went perfectly! I love my apartment and the building is beautiful! The staff made the process of viewing the property, applying and moving in so seamless. The technology and apps for the property are so convenient. I love it here already!

So far we love Atwell! Staff is great, it’s relatively quiet and near great restaurants and shops. Great community they are building over here!
Hi; I have not completed a month yet, but so far the place is nice. The staff at the front desk are really nice and they have treated us great every time we need something. Ah! And I want to mention the delicious coffee they offer.Thank you
So far, so good. Staff is extremely nice. Literally all off them are welcoming. Even when I had a few small issues in my apartment, they have been very good at accommodating me. All my neighbors are nice too. Last, I really love that there are hammocks on the 4th floor courtyard. I sometimes go relax in them after work.

Personnel super friendly, apartment and shared amenities are great. It’s certainly a welcoming environment. Residents are all nice as well. There’s only one drawback and that’s the noise emanating from Double Tree.

Great amenities and staff! Love the location - you're only a couple blocks from downtown Silver Spring so you're close enough to the action but don't have to hear it. There are some opportunities for improvement but they're to be expected as the building is still so new and establishing proper protocols.

It’s been great so far. All staff have been very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Residents are friendly. Not all amenities are available just yet but the ones available are top tier. The gym is awesome. I love the dim lighting. Resident events have been so nice. And if you enjoy coffee, 10 free cups a month. So far everything’s been great.

Great place , great neighbors , great energy. I love it here. It feels like home. A peaceful one. Love the space that I have and the bathroom. Just what a girl needs.
First time having an HVAC system inside my apartment, paint is cracking, floors are uneven and there is only one internet provider when by law you are permitted the option of 2 in the state of Maryland.

I love the atwell but I wish the pool and the mom organic store was open before I moved in. Also need to make sure people that smoke is not allowed to moved in the building because they don’t respect the rules facility.
