This region offers quick and easy access to major destinations in the city. Northeast Lincoln is convenient to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln East Campus and Nebraska Wesleyan University. Gateway Mall and various restaurants, department stores, theaters, and entertainment options are available a few blocks away from the area. This cluster of communities is only 15 to 20 minutes from Downtown Lincoln, allowing residents to visit and enjoy the city’s largest attractions including the Lincoln Children's Museum and Pinnacle Bank Arena. Although Northeast Lincoln’s biggest allure is prime location with affordable costs, the area is also known for its beautiful parks. There are several natural areas in Northeast Lincoln and the biggest park, Mahoney Park, anchors the space.

If you like having no peace and quiet from all the noise that goes on in these buildings then this is the place for you. From the unprofessional management staff never taking accountability for what they say then to lie to you as you sign a lease about underground parking being month to month. The property staff manager and assistant manager are never on the same page and don't remotely communicate so if you started with one of them and another takes over a situation it is pure chaos. Don't live here as you can avoid being charged outrageous fees from your security deposit and avoid the unprofessionalism that goes on here. The only professionalism is the maintenance crew.

Any feedback, positive or negative, helps our team grow and know how to better assist residents in the future. All garage leases run concurrent with your apartment lease agreement. This is stated within the lease agreement that we have all residents sign. While living in an apartment community, outside noise can happen. When residents reach out to us to notify us of an issue, we try our hardest to remedy the problem. I apologize if this was a reoccurring issue. If you would like to reach out to us about your security deposit, we are here to help clarify any questions or concerns you have. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our office further to discuss any of the items mentioned within your review.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend renting this place. While the apartment itself is nice, I had a negative experience with the management team. I was promised 24-hour access to the game room and clubhouse when I signed the lease, but they decided to limit access citing abuse of the facilities by some residents. When I brought up my concerns, I was told that the access hours were not in the lease. While this may be true, I believe it's important for tenants to be aware that anything not explicitly listed in the lease may change at any time. Furthermore, I was disappointed by the way the management team seemed to assume that residents were children who needed to be policed. I felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was treated with condescension. While the apartment itself is nice, I found the management to be lacking. I hope that future renters will take this into consideration when making their decision.
