St. James Apartments are located one quarter mile west of eighty second street on old Cache road. We offer one and two bedroom apartments. Every unit has washer/dryer connections, refrigerator with ice maker, stove with overhead microwave, and dishwasher. Our one bedroom units are 865 sq.ft. We offer two different floor plans on the two bedroom units. Two bedroom two bath 1187sq.ft. Two bedroom two bath and study 1227 sq.ft. St James has a gated entry. Each apartment is entitled to one covered and one uncovered parking space. Our amenities include a saltwater swimming pool, fitness center, and club room.
