Third and lastly, befriending people in your unit is a very convenient way to expand your network (this is exceptionally convenient for someone who is moving to a new city where they might not know anyone). We vet our tenants prior to offering them a lease.. not only through a background and credit check perspective, but also to be sure they are of the right mindset for this type of housing to prosper and understand the overall goal.
