New property just completed in 2023. 16 total units rented as Co-Living spaces. All bedroom suites have individual keys and private full bathroom; single occupancy only. Furnished units and partially furnished units available. Common areas cleaned professionally 1x month included in price. All utilities plus Wi-Fi included in price. Short term and long term leases available. Pro's of Co-Living: Reduces loneliness Not everyone is an extrovert, but most of us want to feel like we belong in a community. In this new digital era we live in, loneliness is one the rise everywhere you look. Isolation, especially after the pandemic, has become problematic for many individuals, young and old. Co-living works to solve the loneliness problem by pairing residents that are likely to connect. Overall, co-living, from a social standpoint, is working to heal some of the broken fabrics of our society. Co-Living is designed to create a positive environment and build a community where everyone can feel accepted. Affordability Perhaps the best advantage of living in a co-living space is affordability, which can save tenants several hundred dollars on rent per month. Combined with inflation, rising interest rates and severe supply constraints, homes are becoming more and more unattainable. A lot of young adults have no choice but to remain as renters. But when renting is just as expensive — if not more expensive than home ownership in several U.S. cities, it’s as difficult as ever to get ahead. The decrease in monthly housing expenses allows our tenants to save for their first home, payoff debt or simply work on their credit score. Convenience Co-living is convenient in three ways. First is the property’s location... Litchford Rd is an excellent location right outside of the outer loop with convenience to employment, hospitals, RDU airport, shopping, and nightlife. Second, moving in is easy. With 2 options to choose from.. fully furnished to partially furnished, unpacking with some luggage and your essentials takes no time at all. Third and lastly, befriending people in your unit is a very convenient way to expand your network (this is exceptionally convenient for someone who is moving to a new city where they might not know anyone). We vet our tenants prior to offering them a lease.. not only through a background and credit check perspective, but also to be sure they are of the right mindset for this type of housing to prosper and understand the overall goal. Therefore, there will be a phone interview included in the process (this takes place prior to application). Quality finishes throughout and so close to shopping, restaurants, & more!
