Free parking is available for guests. This apartment is centrally located in the heart of Midtown's garden district with all of Midtown's bars, restaurants, nightlife, parks, and attractions within walking distance. Dining options include Vortex, The Lawrence, Rreal Tacos, Anh's Kitchen, Starbucks, CVS, Blue India, and Taco Mac. Colony Square is located a few blocks away with many new restaurant and dining alternatives. Essentials such as Publics, Starbucks, SAVI, CVS, Whole Foods, and QT are within walking distance. The check-in process is a virtual self check-in process. Early check-in is granted based on availability. Late departure after the standard check-out time of 11 am may result in a fee. Parties are not permitted and may result in eviction. Quiet hours begin at 9 pm. Any overnight guest names must be provided during registration. Complaints may result in penalty fees in the amount of any compensation granted to all impacted guests. Smoking and vaping are not allowed. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the apartment during your reservation period, including on the balcony. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book. Children, toddlers, and babies are welcome. The property does not permit pets. Violation of this policy may result in penalties. The apartment includes a large work station ideal for working from home.
