Any past evictions, negative rental history, past due utilities or blemished criminal record can be grounds for denial. 7. If application is approved property will be held with signed lease and security deposit for 2 weeks from approval date. Please note the following: Application fee is $55.00 per adult. Application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
