Property Ratings at 8th and High
The photos and renderings look great, but the building is unfortunately a trainwreck. It was not ready for tenants to move into, and mostly everyone has had a horrible experience so far. The construction crew took a lot of short cuts in a last-ditch attempt to get things ready in time, so now the building and the units just have problem after problem. Multiple tenants have threatened lawsuits, and the management is just in over their heads. It's a great location for students, but just please stay away.
