There are supermarkets, restaurants (Mexican, Dominican, Pizza/italian, fast food), flower shops, meat and fish markets, vegetables/fruits stores, bakeries, barber shop, nail salon and beauty parlor steps away. The apartment is available for viewing and available for rent on August 1st. Board Approval: There is a Board involved and the potential candidate must have good income, good credit history and will be interviewed by Board members. The process would take about 6-8 weeks from the time the candidate(s) provides all the documentation required by the board.
