Both bedrooms have a double bed; bed linens and towels are NOT provided. The living room has large double hung windows that look straight toward the water, Boulder beach, and the main dock. Kitchen is lightly stocked with utensils and cookware. Upstairs is lofting space with two additional twin beds. This area can get warm in the middle of the summer but is great for extra space for cooler times of the month. Located just steps from the water, enjoy the ocean breezes, calming views, and all the amenities of Lords Point. Tennis, basketball, beaches, and more! There is a $200 cleaning/admin charge, and all renters are required to escrow a security deposit of $500. THIS IS A WEEKLY RENTAL, NOT YEARLY. No smoking of any kind or animals are permitted. We rent Saturday to Saturday. There is NO HEAT in this rental. Book a week or weeks in Lords Point and have a great vacation!
