Enter into a foyer area with two large closets that extend along the right wall. To the left is a dressing area which leads to the bathroom. The dressing area has a very large closet and space for a chest of drawers. The living area has high ceilings, exposed red brick walls, and a working fireplace. There is a ladder in place to reach the overhead storage space, which extends the width of the apartment. There's a beautiful bay window with south facing views of the lovely brownstones across the street and trees. Central Park is right outside your front door.The location is very convenient. It's just around the corner to the B/C trains and crosstown bus, and a few blocks to 1/2/3 trains. There is no laundry in the building, but there are many laundry options in the area, including those that do pick up and drop off. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, restaurants, bars and cafes, like Picky Barista are all right close by. Pets are permitted on a case by case basis; however, no dogs over 30lbs.
