The first room features a queen bed and TV, the second room has a queen bed, and the third room also includes a queen bed. Additionally, there is a sofa bed with a TV and two bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. Relax and recharge in the building's fully equipped fitness center and enjoy the business center that offers a quiet space to concentrate. Parking is available for just $20 per night with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, alternative parking in the area will be necessary. The inviting pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and access is exclusive to registered guests with your reservation including two guests. Additional guests can be registered for a nominal fee. The neighborhood is a lively and vibrant area, with a wealth of commercial and office buildings, as well as public transportation, dining, and shopping options. It also boasts a thriving arts and cultural scene and several green spaces to enjoy. Located just blocks away from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations, getting around is a breeze. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will unfortunately need to be canceled. The centralized HVAC system operates in compliance with municipal regulations, providing heating from October 15th to May 1st and air conditioning from May 15th to October 1st. Between these seasons, the HVAC function is managed by the building association based on the outside temperature. Parking guidelines require parking only in designated spaces and displaying your parking permit clearly on your dashboard. Be mindful not to park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. The property cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items or any damages to vehicles on the property.
