The inviting pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and access is exclusive to registered guests with your reservation including two guests. Additional guests can be registered for a nominal fee. The centralized HVAC system operates in compliance with municipal regulations, providing heating from October 15th to May 1st and air conditioning from May 15th to October 1st. Between these seasons, the HVAC function is managed by the building association based on the outside temperature. Parking guidelines require parking only in designated spaces and displaying your parking permit clearly on your dashboard. Be mindful not to park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
