Guests must sign a rental usage agreement and provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Noise disruptions from building maintenance or construction may occur and are beyond our control. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Refunds or compensation are not provided for these issues.
