Maintenance staff may need access to the apartment as required by building management, with advanced notice provided when possible. Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion. Package and postal delivery may not be available. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, external factors like building maintenance or construction may cause noise disruptions beyond our control. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Refunds or compensation cannot be provided for these issues.
