Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management. The maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required. Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, we do not have control over external factors, such as building maintenance or construction in the building or in the general vicinity. Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. We cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control. High-speed internet makes staying connected easy, and the apartment features ample square footage along with an oversized balcony or terrace that offers expansive views and large windows for natural lighting.
