Pet fee/rent is $ 15 per dog per month plus $ 300 non-refundable pet fee for one pet and $500 for 2 small/medium size dogs. Vet papers required and proof of vaccination required. Security Deposit is due upon approval and considered holding money until move in. If you want to move in prior to the new kitchen being installed, then please realize that no credit will be given for the not having the new kitchen if you move in prior to the install. The new kitchen can be verified by tenant through the order and/or by talking to the kitchen company. Proof of job/income must be provided. We don’t rent to anyone with prior rental eviction filings, rental judgments and for other conditions please disclose/discuss, prior to applying. All fees are non-refundable. Security deposit is kept as holding money until move in.
