With the owners home there are three units on this beach front property. All utilities are included with rent. The ad for this rental is the Carriage House At the turn of the last century this 600 square foot structure was actually used to house horses and wagons but was eventually converted into a carriage house. In 2013 we renovated it into a 600 square foot, 1-bedroom carriage house with 12 foot ceilings. It features heat pump units, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, custom wood/tile work, bamboo wood floors, private patio that fronts a beautifully landscaped courtyard. The rental rate is $1,300 per month with a year's lease. The property includes a large parking area, multiple landscaped areas, pathways to the privately owned beach, multiple sitting areas, swings, outdoor recreational kitchen with gas grill with stainless steel sink & running water, outdoor shower, gazebo and beach bar. The yard is private and enclose. Extensive landscaping is professionally installed and maintained with flower charges every quarter.
