Parking can accommodate up to three vehicles in the driveway. The option to add pool heating is available for an additional cost of $35 per day, which will be invoiced separately. Please request this at least a week in advance. Located off state road 192 and US 27, near I-4, and just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. The property is a short walk to the clubhouse, offering first-class amenities like a huge resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, separate splash pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ and picnic area, and more. Ample shopping, dining, and entertainment options are available just outside the resort. Check-out time is strictly 10 AM. A fee of up to $300 may be incurred for late check-outs. The pool gets serviced weekly, and it's important to note that after it rains, there may be some debris in the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored. The home offers a comfortable setting for those who need to work remotely, with a spacious living area that can double as a work space. However, a laptop computer is not included.
